Arrival / Check-In

First, from the moment you arrive, our friendly receptionists greet you warmly and assist with check-in, verify your appointments, update your registration, insurance, and pharmacy information, and answer any questions you may have.

Testing and Preliminary Exam

Next, as you move through your visit, our skilled technicians step in to conduct essential testing and preliminary eye exams. They work closely with our doctors during advanced procedures, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed at every step. Their expertise makes a significant difference in your experience.

Surgical Team

In addition, if you are interested in LASIK or cataract surgery, our technicians will introduce you to our attentive surgical coordinators. They work closely with the surgeons and surgical centers and will answer all your questions regarding setting surgery dates and location, pre-and postop appointments and instructions, as well as patiently answer any questions you may have.

Completion / Check-Out

Finally, when your visit is complete and it’s time to check out, our knowledgeable staff are ready to help you schedule appointments, order contact lenses, discuss payment plans, and more. We understand that every detail matters, so we strive to make your visit seamless.
